Our Chimney Services:

Every time you burn a fire in your fireplace, combustible by-products are deposited in the chimney flue in the form of creosote and soot. Creosote is a black, tar-like residue that is extremely flammable and soot is the miniscule, powder-like substance which colors smoke and consists chiefly of carbon. Hot embers from your wood burning fire may come in contact with these flammable deposits and potentially start a dangerous chimney fire.

As an experienced chimney sweep contractor, our technicians provide an inspection with all chimney cleanings.

Keep your home and family safe by having your chimney inspected and cleaned every year.

Wondering whether you should install a chimney cap? Consider this- something as simple (and relatively inexpensive) as a chimney cap can actually save you thousands of dollars on unnecessary chimney repairs. A chimney cap is a metal topper that covers the opening of your flue, keeping debris, water, and animals out of your chimney. Chimney caps also come with spark guards that keep burning embers from escaping out of your chimney than landing on nearby flammable objects (like your roof).

Most chimney failure is a result of stress cracks in the concrete crown at the top of your chimney. When water gets in through the crown it seeps into the brick below. The water that has seeped into the brick freezes and expands causing broken brick, and damaged mortar joints. This failure process causes additional areas where water can enter, accelerating the process of deterioration in your chimney, requiring chimney re-build and repair services.

What Our Clients Say

Our average client rating is 5 / 5

These guys are it!  They respond quickly and stick to the committed ETA.

Our chimney had not been used in over 15 years.  The damper was stuck open; couldn't close it no matter how much oil was applied. It was a mess!!!

They worked fast and efficiently; it only took one working day (four hours x 2 visits approx.) to get it all fixed up and ready for the holidays.  They gave it their all to get the damper grinded down and removed. This was tough damper to remove; but they got it done.

During the next visit, in about four hours or less the flue was cleaned, the firebox repaired and a new damper installed.

Did I mention we are ready for the holidays?

Very much looking forward to hearing those logs crackle!

They have won my business for life.

Thank you The Chimney Team :)
